Hi there

by Stefanie

This sounds too too familiar. I had my tubes clipped about six months after the birth of my 2nd child and at first thought changes within my cycle were still due to this.

However it is now some 4 and a half years later, and my symptoms have been getting progressively worse. I am now battling against my gynaecologist who although he can't find any endo or other problems during a laparoscopy wants to give me a hysterectomy.

I am 33, and quite agree that we're too young to be going through this kind of mess.

Where abouts are you? I'm in England, and trying to find as many women here as possible to drum up some support. Another good site is the Yahoo Group on PTLS the ladies there are lovely and offer lots of advise and other sources of info.

I'm seeing my gynae on 27th August and taking lots of info on PTLS with me in the hope that I can change his mind about my body !!

Let us know how you get on and what sort of response you get.

Stefanie
