Yup its me again

Hiya - yeah I'm trying to dog up some more supporters really - I've been down the depression route too, although some of that was partly true, I'm sure that without all my PTLS symptoms I'd have coped with things a lot better!!
Its hard enough coping with two kids under 5 on your own, but when you spend at least 12 days of the month trying to just get on with life and ignore the back aches, the pelvic cramping, the leg aches etc etc and try to look normal so the kids don't realise - need I go on??
Definitely agree about the support group - I was thinking about putting a post on the endo message board at endo.org.uk to see whether any of the ladies there have had problems worsen since sterilisation - reason being that my gynae thought I had endo until he had a look inside.
I'm not sure how we'd go about letting people know a group for UK ladies existed though - will have to give that some thought.
Anyway - I've made up a binder with all the stuff I've got together so far - off to the library on Friday - I'm gonna look so well informed when I see my gynae next week that he won't know what's hit him (hopefully!!)
If I have any more thoughts about where we could go next as a 'group' I'll let you know - but otherwise I'll be back in touch after my appt on Weds
Bye for now - take care
Steffi
