hi Ronnie

sorry to hear you are having the same problems. the depression and mood swings are often hormone related and I have heard good things about natural progesterone cream, I've just started using it myself and I think it makes a difference. You can find out about it on Dr John Lee's website. I noticed some of his old newsletters mention sterilisation so I have ordered one to see what he says but as I am in Scotland it might take a while to get here! I also see a medical herbalist and she has helped to regulate my periods which has helped the pain a bit. What medication are you on? And have you noticed any adverse side effects? Have you had any menopausal symptoms yet? My doctor tried to get me on SSRIs(prozac and similar) but I think that was just to shut me up and get me out the door. Personally, I love alternative medecines. I take loads of vitamins and herbs, and get spiritual healing and have a friend who does reflexology. I am also about to try reiki. I'll let you know how I get on with that if you like.
Good luck
Mandy
