Help with complaint

I made an official complaint to my local health board(I'm in Scotland) and I have been offered a meeting with director of ob/gyn for my area(who was the one who did my sterilisation). Any tips or tricks for for what he is likely to try and pull and how I can best deal with it?
Do I understand correctly that the doctor who did your TL is the director of obgyn? What does the health board say about this? As he is the one who did your TL, he's not going to take any action against himself....
I would contact the the health board and demand a meeting with someone who is NOT going to be bias. (This will be hard as if he's on the board he is most likely friends with other doctors on the health board).
I suggest you contact one or more reporters in your area and explain what is occuring, and how the health board directed you back the the same doctor who did your TL...
If you do go through with this set meeting bring a lawyer, a reporter, and other (health activists) to the meeting with you.
