Natural progesterone cream is not like birth control pills. It is the same hormone that your body naturally produces and many of the symptoms of that you are experiencing can be caused by a deficiency of it. It has no side effects when used in quantities that the body produces. It is widely avaiable in the US and over the internet. I have no experience of doctors in the US as I am in the UK but doctors here know nothing about it.
Get copies of your blood test results!
I was told mine were normal until I queried them and they eventually admitted that my progesterone levels were too low.
