Please help me!
by Andrea
I had TL one year ago. I didn't know that alot of the symtoms that I was having were because of it. I had to stop breast feeding because I started to produce less and less milk. From the list of symtoms I believe that I have most of them. It's hard for me to get out of bed most days. I have absolutely no motivation. I have been on antidepressants for quite a while before my TL, and I was going to make a DR. appt to see about increasing my dosage. Until I read that what was already bad is worse now from the TL. I am 25 years old and I am all alone in this. My husband works 7 days a week 14 hours a day and even he has noticed changes. Lately I have been so angry, for no reason at all, and then it just goes away. I thought that was just part of depression, it reminds me of the ups and downs of it anyway. My last period was the last week of december and I am having a horrible time with my weight. I have to take tylenol PM just to sleep at night, and when I wake up (usually in the middle of the night) my hair is soaked in cold sweat. I had first thought that this was from not drinking enough water. So I started drinking more and that did not help. My husband and I rarely have sex anymore and when we actually do we have to use lots of lubracant and I get absolutely nothing out of it except pain and tears. I am at my witts end with this. I would like some direction. I don't want to go through menopause before 30, I don't beleive that TR is really an option for the area that I am in and if it is then I wouldn't even know where to go. Another thing that I noticed is that, I regularly donate blood. I think that the times that I have donated, I have had a menstral cycle right after. Which has been three maybe four times last year. I can't remember off the top of my head how many times I was able to donate after my son was born. I have gone to see a doctor for my lack of menstration, but after she pressed on my lower abdomed, I started my cycle. At first it started as a tinge of blood on my liner and then gradually more and more. This was my last one and it lasted about four days. Is this common? She did send me for a thyroid test and there was nothing.
