Is it the same thing???

I had a tubal a few years ago and afterwards noticed changed in my body, which I didn't connect - unitl now. A whopping 36 of the 41 things mentioned on the other page apply to me.
My question is this - this new thing all over the TV - PMDD is what prompted me to begin my own research. Is this the child or offshoot of PTS? It seems like PTS has been renamed and kept in the closet and the doctors and drug companies are trying to address it without naming it.
What can I do about this syndrome? I am on St. Johns and Kava Kava. What can I do about my estrogen without creating other problems????
