Hello Nameless Lady, I just read your posting. Maybe you are on to something with the PMDD, and the PTS. Who knows. As to what u should do about your estrogen levels, well have u had your hormone levels checked yet? Have them checked , most likely u are like me, I finally got the news that my estrogen was low and that I was not ovulating. Finally a Dr. that would listen to me, 'bout time it has only taken nine and a half years to do so. But I am still in the process of getting it straightened out. Anyway, good luck to you!
