hey mate, i am doing well, busy at work trying to cope with people trying to change what my job description haha, probably too involved to explain here, but it is keeping me busy.

apart from that life is good, sober, trying hard and doing well so far.
day at a time and all that. tis hard to live life sober when on doesnt do it for a while, but i know you understand.

anyway today i thought i would come with a sober head to see how the crew is doing and i have really been thinking of carol heaps lately. please pass onto her my best wishes and i hope things are going well with her. remind her that i think she is such a strong lady, so i dont imagine there is much that can keep her down!!!

while i am here i am also thinking of jane, what is happening there. i thought it might look daft if i did new posts for all i think of, but please know that i do think of you all
