It has been a long journey my friend, and it has been a true pleasure sharing it with someone as wise and loving as you.

Each day that passes, we loose more and more triggers and painful memories. Then one day we finally realize that life is about the future.
This year we had a truly great vacation. I told my H it has been 8 years since I have truly had so much fun. That is because I made a conscious decision to let go. Some people might even call it forgiveness.. I dont'! However, it does feel like what Tom once described forgiveness as.. a freeing feeling that I do for me, not for him. For me it was simply a decision to let the past end.. to start enjoying each moment of life that lies ahead. This year I am actually succeeding at that goal.

El I am trying hard to reclaim my day..each year gets better..
We spent the day with some family, my H spent the time golfing and thanked me for making his time special.
We had a wonderful dinner in Charleston SC.. first time in many yrs that I blew out a candle.. it was on an outstanding banana cream pie, the she crab soup was outstanding.. one of the best I have ever had.
I love all of you!!!!
