      LOL, whatever... If Hawaii got nuked, Obama would go on TV and call that action something like "provocative", then he would consult with lawyers, Pelosi and the UN. LOL if you think anything serious would happen. I can picture you in 1930's France arrogantly saying, don't worry, Germans will never cross the Maginot Line, they would be stupid if they did.

      Also, question, to you, what is the meaning of signing a treaty or having another country sign one? Should we look away when one doesn't follow the rules?
