That is pretty simple to explain.

Liberals wanted to give "the victims of society" a chance to own a home.
It started in the 80's with lawsuits from Jesse and AL, claiming blacks had a harder time purchasing a home.
So they changed the standards, so that poor people could own a home.
Now, like everything else gov't touches, you had people taking advantage of stupid people.

When the poor people can't afford the inflated rates, then the housing crash started.
Of course, this could get all detailed with names and such, but why bother, the bottom line is, that liberals wanted the credit lines to be below standards, to give people a chance at middle class.
The same thinking went into the moving of the gov't housing into the suburban areas...that failed too.

      Anymore questions?
Next time, have the balls to sign in.

Nobody wants to talk about the issues with Utopian Healthcare?
      lol!

"Despite how the conflict has been portrayed by our glorious media, if you gave any U.S. soldier a gun with two bullets in it, and he found himself in an elevator with Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and Osama bin Laden, there's a good chance that Nancy Pelosi would get shot twice, and Harry Reid and bin Laden would be strangled to death."
