      Yes, black people get treated very well in all governments.
      Civil service testing is a perfect example.

      Cincinnati is called a "racist" city.
      Yet we have..
      Black Mayor
      City Manager
      Many heads of Departments
      Coroner
      Police Chief..(that has no police powers in Ohio, after they passed up several very qualified Cincinnati Officers)
      Fire Chief (recently retired)


      I don't care what color the people in power are, but just giving an example of the liberal lie.
      Just like the rich don't pay their fare share in taxes...
      How on earth can you say that the people that pay the majority of the bill don't pay enough?
