What do you take from successful people such as Coach Parcells?

The ability to place the right people around you. I think that is the one
thing that is the aura of Bill. The fact that he is going to bring his people around.
People he can count on in stressful situations. He can count on his players and
staff in stressful situations. He is able to surround himself with the people he
needs to be successful. Every coach in the league tries to achieve this. You are
only as successful as your last game.

Sounds like he envies Parcells' ability to pick his own staff. Maybe he want's to get rid of Brat but can't because Mikey says no.
