Phew 0-16 is still alive. The game did throw up a question for me though what reason is there for making overtime sudden death? It strikes me as very harsh you loose the coin flip and then get screwed by the first score made. Why don't they play the whole 15 mins and let each team have a few chances and let the team that wants it the most win rather than as seems to be the case the luckiest.
Are there any plans or has it ever been the case that the whole 15 mins has / had to be played?
At least in the other football when its extra time they play 2 15 min halves before proceeding to penalty kicks if no team has won it.
Is it the power of the networks in America wanting things finished at the proper time?
