Dudes, this game makes me figure that if Beanie was healthy going up against USC--that USC would have had a time of it. Dude has 35 carries, 180 yards--mostly right up the gut for 2 TDs. Sanchez (like the punk I took him for) got intercepted in their 2-minute offense for the win. The game should have actually been worse than 27-21. The Trojans weren't ever really in it until the end.

I woke up this morning with a huge hangover. I almost erased the entire game from memory in a little over 10 hours. All I have is the Sports page and an empty bottle of Baccardi.

The only thing to say is its early in the season and hope that there are plenty more of these games to come for the BCS wannabes.

Yep--ESPN's Camara's panned to Sanchez walking to the lockerroom after the game and whipping his mouthpiece into a corner of the stadium. What a dork. Whew. I'll bet that really hurt Oregon State's pride. hahahaahahahahaha!!!!!!

Beanie would of made an ounce of difference in that game...we got beat plain and simple.

What I think will be great...is if OSU wins out big...and USC and a few other SEC team lose...and somehow someway OSU is back in the Championship game.....I know I know...ITS NOT going to happen..no use harping on that...I just think it would be mad funny. It would piss off so many College fans. But it is very possible....just like last year.

I will disclose here...I even as an OSU fan hope that it does not happen. We do not deserve even a BCS bowl at this point.

I'm like you, T--in that I do not want OSU even sniffing a BCS Game until they fix some things on that coaching staff first (hint: Defensive Coordinator). Then reload next year. Come back out. Pryor's going to be there next year--so they won't be that bad off offensively.

My only question about OSU is this--is Beanie coming back? He has to be able to prove that he's durable to go to the next level, IMO.

As for USC, I think they're screwed. I think they lose at least one more game this year in the PUNK-10. Sanchez was hobbling around all night--and their best defensive player could be out for a while. They better start relying on the offensive line a little more.

depends what beanie does the rest of the year. I think he will still go high in the draft. He has so much young talent pushing him out the door though as well. He is gone.
