The Lions and Rams are for sure in the fight for our draft pick. Are there any other winless teams? The Bengals can't win at anything, even losing, so I say they end up with 2nd or 3rd pick.
Chris - get your monkey jumping loving hands out of your pants and back on the keyboard......you are a legacy member here and one of these new piece of schits formerly known as falc is claiming he is the reason you are gone. Dont let this two bit jerkoff think he beat you...we know its not true...the political BS is all condensed to one thread now.

Brown azz clown...I for one never say maybe next year. Because frankly I could give damn if they win or not anymore. Untill they get serious about winning, then maybe I will get serious about supporting. I am numb and immune to the losing and jokes...I wouldnt even mind seeing the team pack up and move......anything to get the brownstain family out of Cincy. I really think this is his way of trying to f**k over everyone. No owner is this flippin dumb.

To me, speculation about the draft isn't about fixing the team, it's about how we would fix the team knowing that Brown won't do it. It's the annual comedy game. To be truthful, the #1 picks haven't been that hilariously terrible but most of what they do from then on is usually comedy gold.

I can't wait to April. I laugh for years about who they select in the 1st round. Project guys like Levi and Pollack. Absolute busts like Chris Perry and Peter Warrick. Overrated players like Carson Palmer (which to give the Bungles credit for once--they signed him BEFORE THE DRAFT). And even 2nd round picks like Odell Thurman and LaMont Thompson. LMAO. It's a real comedy show.
I'm still laughing about the Akili pick back in '99. It's almost like how we're still "paying for WW2" and haven't even started on the Korean Conflict--I haven't even made it to the Justin Smith pick to start laughing yet. LMMFAO!!!!!
Speaking of "Bustin", he's turning into quite the player out in SF--maybe he'll register more than 10 sacks this year. 28 tackles, 3 sacks. Not bad.

I am going to go all murf here.....While some of the players we drafted maybe didnt deserve the spot they were chosen - but none of them have turned out...is it because they truly suck...or is it..(and I am back off the murf bus now) they the Bungs truly do not know how to develop players or transition them from college to pros. For crying out loud...look at the Bungs medical staff and the history they have. That says it all right there.

Well, I can't fault them for Levi - other than that he could have been taken later in the 1st round and they could have picked up some draft picks. Levi has been to the pro bowl a few times and has generally been a decent player, the Steelers and last year not with standing.
Most people on this board, Murf excluded, wanted Stephen Jackson and not Chris Perry.
I ownt consider Pollack a bust, he was the victim of a freak injury during a tackle. Sorry, injuries dont equal bust, at least not in the way Falc is using it.
Joseph and Hall are good CB's and they will play for long time. No fault there.
Justin Smith was a pick that everyone in the league would have made. I hated him as well, but I cant fault them in hindsight for taking him. Mel Kiper and Chris Berman were practically blowing themselves over this pick. LOL
Akili was atrocious.
Kijana was injury, I cant call it a bust either. ACL on your 3rd carry? Not fair to me....

I have to agree that it's the Bengals development (or lack thereof) more than anything that is what is laughable when you look at most of the first round picks. Actually, it's not even the second round, but the lower rounds where the Bengals comedy REALLY gets going. Sure, it's accepted that's usually not where the stars are supposed to be, but usually the picks that are made are reasonable "flyers" or interesting little gambits. The Bengals go ahead and spend third-rounders on Sean Brewer.....

Typical fanship quote. What would you call it then? Injury mishap? Still, a bust. I don't necessarily fault Pollack though. Yeah, you heard right. I fault the Bungles' Mis-management of Pollack. Clearly, this guy needed to be on the edge passing rushing. They tried to make him some sort of "tweener". If you're going to want a guy to play OLB--and you don't feel like this is the guy, then make sure you draft someone that CAN PLAY THAT POSITION or trade the pick.
NAH, the Bungles aren't that creative. They would just rather SETTLE with a pick, then use their little monkey brains on creating a draft day scenario or trades. WTF?!??!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?
BTW--if you don't consider Pinata a bust, then you have problems, my friend.

When you say pinata, are you referring to Kijana?
The dude tore his ACL on his 3rd carry. LOL - and he did it 13 years ago when players were out a minimum 2 years before they were healthy. You forget the Bungs operated and rehabbed him...God only knows what they did to him...

Yes, Vagina. Whatever. I'll give him the injury. I'll give him the 2-year downtime. Then what did he do after that? Here, Bronco--lemme give you a hint--BUST.
Maybe we haven't defined the term "BUST" good enough on here. Bust typically means that if you're drafted in the 1st round of that year, then the very next season, you come in--START--AND START TO CONTRIBUTE. That automatically qualifies Pinata for the Buster category. It also means that you will be around the same club for a while--and your numbers will be good for a few years after you are drafted. Vagina also qualifies for this category.
Also, if you look up the top Draft Busts in HISTORY--Kijana shows up on the Top BUSTERs on numerous lists:
Ok, I'm quitting after pulling up 5 out of 7 "Top Busts" lists with Pinata's name on it. He usually makes the top 10, dude. Forgetaboutit.

Too bad. I'm an idiot--Michael Crabtree is only a sophomore. He has one more season at Tech. So--how about Colt McCoy, Texas?
LMAO.
