Not that Snyder or Jones are football guru's either, but they are definitely superior business men and it is good to see Mikey's nose rubbed in it.

At the same time, the article shows how jealous the other NFL owners are of the stadium deal Mikey's stooges in city government got for him and how bad he really screwed the people of Cincinnati.

If anyone out there lives in Cincinnati, do not vote for Jeff Berding for city council. If you truly think Mike Brown sucks, then don't vote for his puppet on council and tell your friends not to either.

yeah, I know it is an old article but I had never seen it before. If you already read it my bad, but though I knew Jones and mikey got into at the CBA talks I never knew Jones offered to buy the naming rights to PBS for $5 million a year because he could "double that in about 5 minutes, Mike(y)."

I thought that was pretty hilarious. Mikehole complains about the struggle of being a small market team, but sits on a source of revenue between $5-10 million a year.

Mikey will get ripped about his practices, but when you look at the fact that we have no salary cap next year because the owners pulled out of the deal they agreed to years ago, kind of scary that mikey boy voted against the way it was, and now there is no deal in place.

"This argument over who deserved the money was punctuated when Redskins owner Daniel Snyder, who controls one of the league's richest teams, said he was ready to help any team in a bad circumstance but then turned toward Brown and said, ''But if someone has a publicly funded stadium they pay $1 a year for with no operating costs, I'm not helping that person."

Snyder then looked at Michael Bidwell, son of the Cardinals' longtime owner, and snapped, ''If you have a publicly funded stadium in a great market and charge $10 a game for season tickets in the upper deck, I'm sorry sir, I'm not going to help you.""
