Bengals claimed P Ryan Plackemeier off waivers from the Redskins.
Now they have two of the worst punters in the league. Kyle Larson couldn't manage 40.0 yards per punt last season, and Plackemeier hasn't been good since his 2006 rookie year.

I think signing Plackemeier was actually a brilliant move.

With all the punting they do, they may have to platoon them to keep them from breaking down over the course of another awful season.
