They clearly have no idea how to use the franchise tag. I really don't know why this suprises me.

Most Teams when a guy misses a FG or EP to go to the playoffs, they dismiss him. Not our lovely Bungles. The Bungles have guaranteed some money to a GD Kicker. LMMFAO.

Too stupid. Did Al Davis start GM'ing the Bungles or something? SeaBass to this? LMAO.
