I didnt know the Center we took in the 4th round was a two time All American and a Rimington Award winner...NICE!

The more I look at this draft, the happier I am. If Chad decides to actually play this year, I (sheepishly) might allow my self to be mildly optimistic...

Cow,

I know, I know...I've fallen for this tyrap before.

I went back and looked at the picks around us. I dont think there were any other picks in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th round (5th round I would have taken Marcus Freeman)...

Maybe if we're lucky, Maualuga will start against Green Bay. Still thinking of going, Bronco?

I also like the TE Coffman pick from pass-happy Missouri. I TE that comes from a program like that obviously has some hands. Coffman had 90 receptions for 987 yards and 10 touchdowns in 2008. Lets hope he can block.

Medic,

His old man was a Tight end in the NFL in the 70's.

Other fun facts:

1. He won the John Mackey award as the best tight end in college football in 2008.

2. He was also First Team All American.

He also has the Division 1 record for career catches and TDs by a TE.
