Whelp--Carson's still accurate with his QB'ing. His QB Rating for this last game was 61.0. Just terrible.

Benson's Avg per carry is dead-on with last season's too: 3.6. Just god-awful. If he didn't look decent in the passing game--then I would say "what's point of signing him"? I still might. Think he'll get 1,000 yards rushing this year--IF HE SURVIVES?

Also, Chris "Convict" Perry had 1 GD Reception?!?!?!??!?!!??!? Oh yeah--he's worth it too. LMMFAO.

I can't explain the henry ordeal...according to Brat, they had deep coverage on him.
that told me that he shoudl be fired.
If you can't find away to use Henry on 3rd downs isntead of Foschi or Coats...then you are truly an idiot.

Henry also had a thigh injury.

It still doesn't explain the 2 INTs or the fact that Carson's QB Rating was still a 61%.

We have had this debate several thousand times.
A pick is not always the qb's fault.
I know the one throw was his, but the other was not his fault.
I think the wideouts played a very bad game last week...if you take 10 completions away from a qb in a game, of course his rating is going to be low, and I think the rating system is pointless.
You can't judge the talent of a qb from some stupid rating system that eliminates the human element of the game.
such as drops, miss reads, bad routes ect....

Carson Palmer
21-33-247
Now add 10 completions to this and what do you get?
How many more yards would be added, and he would have less than five incomplete?
How many more chances downfield would you get if they catch the the 3rd down balls?

Then add into the mix, that it was his first real game in almost a year..not bad for being rusty.

"It still doesn't explain [9 drops] the 2 INTs or the fact that Carson's QB Rating was still a 61%."

QB rating is not a percentage, and the drops would have heavily affected the QB rating because completion percentage is a major component of QB rating.

The 2 INTs are a source of concern, however.

I tend to ride murf for over-defending Carson but in this specific case, I have to agree. The receivers really gave him a bum rap in last week's game, especially Coles. I still don't buy the argument that they couldn't have utilized Henry more because of the coverage. I say get it to him and make him beat the defender(s)...hell, Carson spent the whole preseason talking about how he could have a "Moss-like" season.....if you mean, prove it!
