I disagree...Chad is not running his mouth. He knows and admits he is behind...he NEVER admitted fault here. I give the boy credit. I certainly want him to succeed so it will be another bungles who excelled once they left.

I think this is hilarious. They guy has been a part time football player the last 4 years and has not been held to any standard. Now he wants to play fulltime football on a team that expects 100% 100% of the time.
Chad hasn't run a good route since 2006 and hasn't been expected to make the great catch for the same amount of time. He will not be anything close to the threat Moss was while in NE but may be as annoying.

Tom Brady has a higher standard--and expects more from his players. More than any QB in the game right now.
Brady was asked about Chad Johnson's work ethic--Tom Brady had nothing negative to say about Chad.
I think you will see a totally different Ochenta in New England. That's tough for me to say since I've been one of his biggest critics.

Here's the difference.
New England isn't counting on Ocho to light it up right away (or maybe even ever). They have contingencies. They will work with Chad to see if they can catch him up to the offense and learn how to make the best use of him.
He's already talking with more humility in NE than he ever did here. But if it doesn't work out, the team won't facilitate a negative attitude with him, they'll cut ties and move on, like they did with Moss.
There's a machine in NE and you learn how to be an effective gear in it, or else you're out the door.

The exact moment Chad's decline began was when he put that fake Hall of Fame jacket on after a touchdown. You just don't f*ck with the gods like that.
I never disliked Chad the way a lot of other people do but his problem is his skills have been in decline. A problem Belichik can work with IF you know your sh*t and work hard. We'll see.

Branch hasn't done anything either so far this pre-season, but Brady made him look relavent every year he has been on the Pats.
Pats are going to spread the ball around to 15 differant people a game. Like you said "part of a machine". Chads numbers aren't gonna be great, but he will have a good year. Maybe he will tweet his former teammates and tell them what a playoff win feels like.
