So, this NFL season will be very different without Peyton on the field. I have to admit that if the neck surgeries are going to keep him indefintely..then yes; it is time to walk away from the game, while he still can.

I would rather see Manning walk away after having surgery, rather then try to come back and play the game and get himself injured (and taken off the field on a stretcher)...
