Nov 28th is a conference call. When is the day that an actual decision will be made? It seems like the NCAA is beating a dead horse. The extra money is still next to nothing and it involves the same players as before. I think OSU is going to be struggling for awhile and I also feel like Big 10 football is taking a huge PR hit with the Penn State thing.

I seriously just want a decision to be made. You can't keep kicking the tires.
