I think Simpson is having trouble learning the playbook. I wonder how he did on the Wonderlick test ? Or maybe he has been dipping into his girlfriend's weed? This is what I mean by having a credible scouting dept - to dig out this kind of stuff, work ethic, character etc ? I can't see how you can find this out using cell phones, video conferencing, and using computers - just how dumb does Mikey think we are ?
