Just keep "progressing" into a world where you are told what to eat, when to eat, how to eat.
Then we can "progress" right into what type of religion we have because it would benefit the country to erase any opinions.

I wonder how taxing people based on living a lifestyle that exposes you to a greater risk of aids would be welcomed?

I went off a few years back when the smoking Nazi's took over and demanded that hard working business owners had to follow their rules and how some people applauded the Government for "acting on the behalf of the safety and health" of the public.
I don't smoke, never have smoked but it is a very clear warning sign of things to come our way.

My question to the fuching morons that loves this sh!t is:

WHERE DO YOU STOP?

~~~~~~~~~~
Bake sales are illegal?
If you can't see the problem, then you are part fo the problem...
BTW--
I have noticed that some of the more vocal progressives have been silent lately.
Must be trying to spin the nonsense they have created.
I remember years ago my first wife and I stopped at a restaurant in Corbin, Ky. She didn't smoke and I only smoked an occasional cigar. She asked the waitress where the non-smoking section was. She looked at us like we'd both sprouted antlers.
Tough one there, JB.
I dont think it needs to be legislated (the smoking issue), but I fukking hate smelling that crap when I eat out.
FYI, I smoked cigarettes for 14 years.
This country is hosed, we are on an irreversible road to another dark age.
Here is an example of your typical Obama/Pelosi voter, Dems love these kind of citizens. This and your white guilts who feel like philanthropists voting for the boy.
I don't give two sh!ts about the guy. I do have sympathy for the kids.
I love this white guilt idea. You guys have never defined it, you just keep saying "white guilt" like a bunch of sheep who repeat some political buzz phrase. It has no meaning to me because it seems to me that you guys use it anytime a white person has sympathy or empathy for the woes of the poor and disenfranchised minorities. Is that correct?
On a related note, the only one of you that comes close to expressing how he really feels about minorities is Homey. Does that make him a racist or a bigot? Maybe. But, at least he is the closest to expressing his HONEST opinion on the matter. I will take that any day of the week over some conservative who wont say how he feels because of the back lash he might receive (and then will rant on and on and on and on about "the problems of PC".)
Hypocritical? Duh.
Most Democrats that I know are willing to overhaul the welfare system. Let's clear out the fraud. You guys understand that will cost money, right?
More scrutiny requires more employees on the Welfare Fraud Task Force. I'm all for it. Lets have a smooth system that properly and timely investigates welfare fraud. But if you agree, dont underfund this so it becomes useless and arbitrary. Do it right.
Bronco, you are one of the few lefty whack jobs on here that gets a little respect from me, but every once in awhile you talk in circles and you start to sound like the other mindless idiots on here.
I feel like you are calling me out since I am the person that hates Political Correctness with a passion and have no problem expressing my dislike for the cancer destroying this country and I point out the hypocritical and down right embarrassing behavior of the guilty white guy.
I am not going to "define" white guilt because no matter what I type, it will get turned around by guilty white people.
You are a smart man, so google it and do some research on the subject.
Just look at the trayvon Martin case to see how serious of a problem it is.
Define my views on "blacks"?
LMAO...
Are you one of those white people that chime in "I have a number of black friends" so I can't be racist?
You just questioned Homeys integrity by suggesting that he might be racist because he is not part of the guilty white nation.
I have never read anything from Homey that would ever suggest to me that he is racist.
I agree that the state schools can do and should be able to ban whatever the heck they please. Our kids are fat....just like their parents. We are killing our youth and grooming them to become diabetics and heart attack victims.... And we continue to pay for their health care. Parents have proven they are not looking out for their children much less themselves,
You keep crying chicken little that the sky is falling and big brother is ruining our country....no...our world is changing and evolving and we merely have to keep up. I think you can't let go of the 80s and the Reagan era.
As you state... If youdon't see the problem...then you are part of the problem. I couldn't agree more because you need to wake up
Some of you are insane.
Why not just have the government dictate religion?
That would eliminate stress and stress is a top killer in this country.
Give government control of all entertainment avenues.
How great would it be to have everyone listening to government controlled broadcasting.
So who determines what is obese?
That scale they use today is not even close to being anything to be taken seriously.
According to that BMI scale, I should be at my 9th grade weight.
LOL!
The progressive agenda is nothing short of a SOCIALIST agenda.
Once again you are proving the chicken little theory. You take a small issue and drive it to the very opposite end of the spectrum and try to connect the two dots. You just took banning school bake sales and vending machines and associated it with leading to the only source of entertainment as state run radio. You are smarter than this.
When I was in HS - I never took a lunch My mother gave me a couple of bucks. I bought a Mountain Dew and Snickers at lunch time and a mountain dew and Doritos after school. All out of a school vending machine. Ultimately it is MY fault as I made those choices - but looking back - I wish I never had those choices.
My kids are 9-7-5 and they have never tasted a soda before. I have been off soda for almost 4 years. We have to get our youth off sugar. Its very tough and my wife and I still struggle with it.
T
PS - I dont need a chart to know most of our country is obese. Walk into Walmart. Heck these fatties are even riding the handicap scooters now. Pathetic.
Obesity is a problem in our country.
Kids dont need soda pop and candy at school lunch.
I dont think it should be legislated - let the schools' parents decide.
This is how it starts.
This group wants to dictate food and beverage and use the argument of saving the people from themselves.
So this group over here feels like they need to step in and legislate what type of swim wear is acceptable in public because the fat girls have self esteem issues b/c the boys want the skinny girl with a small azz.
Then this group over here believes that we need to legislate sporting events because children have been injured or some killed playing sports and the competitive nature is driving these children to play at an extreme level.
You might think it sounds crazy but everything I listed has been attempted in the past.
I am not paranoid of the government because I believe in conspiracy theories, I am paranoid of the government because I don't trust the intelligence level of the government.
I don't trust the intelligence level of this nation to stop the over legislation of this nation.
We don't need a law that bans bake sales.
We don't need a law that forces vending machine companies to put sh!t in a machine that nobody is going to buy.
We don't need an assault on soda...I don't drink soda myself, and seldom buy it for the boys.
We don't need illegal taxes placed only certain people or certain things.
If you want to curb obesity, then make all welfare cards only good for nutritional items.
No pop/candy/chips/pizza/burgers ect...
We do have the fatest poor people on the planet.
Also make the alternative foods affordable.
It is expensive to eat healthy and feed a family on healthy foods and very time consuming.
We have not had fast food besides pizza about once a month in months, so it takes me a long time to cook things up.
Bottom line.
We are the United States of America..land of free.
Not some socialist nation.
I rode my bike without a helmet.
I slept in a house with lead paint.
I lived in a house that used poison to kill bed bugs and roaches
I played sports
My parents smoked
We had cookies and cake from time to time
We heard jokes..
We all survived.
First of all, that was not the first reaction...it was anger towards the terrorists and saddness for what happened.
Secondly, only bigots such as yourself would blame the general muslim population for what a small group of muslims did. That would be like if President Obama blamed Republicans in general for some whack job gun nut shooting Senator Giffords a few years ago. Most rational people realize that that a$$hole was not a representative of the GOP or any rational member of the GOP, just as most rational people realize that random muslim living in Blue Ash or Indian Hill is probably not a terrorist, probably does not know any terrorists, and probably does not in any way, shape, or form support terrorism.
You are pretending that we have had only 1 small group that cowardly killed innocent people.
Almost 19000 attacks since 9-11.
Never have I blamed the entire muslim population.
The media will circle the wagons around muslims every time there is a coward attack.
Sh!t we have top Government officials running to a microphone to protect muslims after a coward attack, see the so called Chief of our military and his mentally challenged Homeland Security Chief that spends more time worrying about those evil blue eyed white Christians that serve our country.
You might want to turn off Ed Shultz...Gifford was not shot by someone that followed the GOP dumbazz, I believe he was not directly affiliated with any specific political party but his friends claimed he was a liberal.
Yes, black people get treated very well in all governments.
Civil service testing is a perfect example.
Cincinnati is called a "racist" city.
Yet we have..
Black Mayor
City Manager
Many heads of Departments
Coroner
Police Chief..(that has no police powers in Ohio, after they passed up several very qualified Cincinnati Officers)
Fire Chief (recently retired)
I don't care what color the people in power are, but just giving an example of the liberal lie.
Just like the rich don't pay their fare share in taxes...
How on earth can you say that the people that pay the majority of the bill don't pay enough?
"Cincinnati is called a "racist" city"
I think overall it is still a racist city. True the inner city and the government is black but when you get into the subburbs it is a different story. You'd be surprised how many people are still fighting the civil war. The bottom line - due to the sum total of events going back to the end of the Civil war - the two races simply don't like each other - and Cincinnati is only one of a number of cities like this esp. from Cincinnati south and west.
...No, President Obama did no such thing. But his mouthpieces did. CBS, NBC and ABC all painted a picture such that Sarah Palin was somehow responsible for this heinous crime. The theory being that the shooter was inspired by Palins midterm election map, which featured Gabrielle Giffords as a potential target. Remember? Yeah, I do.
By the way, profiling is occuring everyday in every law enforcement organization. This includes Blue Ash, Indian Hill and Los Angeles.
- but without fail someone always mentions the "blacks"
Do they say this because they are just pure racists in the traditional sense or because of their understanding of statistics and personal safety?
uh, Palin use surveyor symbols, not crosshairs or targets. Nice try bronco. Don't let the truth get in your way. For a gun enthusiast you fail miserably.
You guys need to stop talking about facts, you will pizz off the resident cult members.
Here is all you need to know.
#1 It is still Bush's fault.
Can't blame Mickey for anything
#2 Hate speech is only hate speech if it comes from the right
#3 If you don't vote for Mickey you are a racist redneck hillbilly
It is almost sad how they live day to day.
The bottom line is that Bush laid the pipe for a long tough slog with this economy and now that Europe is involved so much the worse. Let's do a what if - suppose that old fossil McCain would have gotten in - what do you think the results would be? I doube seriously that any candidate from the Repubs would have done any better and since most Repubs are big fans of austerity - coming out of a depression in 2009 that might not have worked too well.
Everything I have read is that Barry wanted to get the enviro stamp of approval. The oil pipeline is a go, its just not right now - which, of course, is fodder for the Repubs.
Also, you dont honestly think the price of gas will change, do you? LMAO.
It will create jobs for sure, but dont act like we are going back to $1.60 a gallon, which is what gas was when Dubya took the helm.
I honestly don't know how you guys can claim that you want to "lean forward" when you are stuck on the same tired worn out pointless tag lines.
The Pipe line is not going to change anything soon.
You guys continue to lay the blame on Bush for the economy.
CONGRESS RUNS THE COUNTRY NOT THE PRESIDENT.
Who had the house and the Congress?
Who had congress during the last Bush term?
Government slows progress, the faster government is reduced the better off we are.
The faster we get rid of the nazi earth freaks in the EPA, the better off we are.
We can't afford another 4 years of Mickey with a liberal congress.
We will not make it.
Liberal congress? When did we ever have a totally liberal congress with the Dems controlling 60% of the Senate? If you really think the Repubs are the answer and will promote pro growth policies - you must be dreaming. Won't happen.
I deal with real life day to day issues.
I look at Mickey and ask myself, what has he done for me and my family and the many people like me.
THAT ANSWER WOULD BE....
Not a fuching thing.
Then add that he has Biden as his VP...
Game, Set and Match!
I would vote for Charlie Sheen before Mickey.
I think most of us deal with life on a day to day basis - esp those in the part of the middle class like myself. Let's step back 4 years and ask the question "Are you better off now or 8 years ago (2000) ? Did Bush do anything remarkable for you and your kind during his tenure?
Sometimes its what you don't do. One has to really hate this country to put in people like this radical. At least Bush did not hate America and would never stink up the SC with such an extremist. I can not say the same about Obama.
Bear...
BUSH IS NOT THE PRESIDENT!
He is a dead issue.
MICKEY IS THE PRESIDENT.
That is like blaming Dave Shula for Marvins failures.
If you liberal types can't come up with anything other than "BUSH DID IT", then give it up.
To blame Bush is pathetic at this point.
I'm not blaming Bush necessarily but you have to admit he didn't leave Obama much to work with - a country basically in depression with capital markets frozen. Admitedly Obama was a little light on experience but could that meathaed McCain resolve this? Let me say this - if you are happy with Bush's performance than vote for Romney for that is what you will get and he will NOT help the middle class.
If Dave Shula had signed Akili to a 40 million a year contract for 10 years before Marvin got here and Marvin was not able to cut Akili and only able to change his salary by a few million a year, then the comparison would be accurate, Murf.
Mickey is not the first President to walk into a bad situation.
Mickey PROMISED the minions change.
Mickey has failed.
You can make excuses all day long, but the fact remains that we have bad government.
I don't blame Mickey for everything, he can't control Congress, but he is the head of the company that is still failing after 4 years.
He will never get my respect as the Commander of the greatest military force on this planet.
1 dead muslim whack job does not make him something special.
Drone attacks do nothing for me.
I want someone that will tell our enemy to shape up or face the wrath.
I want a commander that demands respect for our troops, not some Pansie running around making apologies for everything.
I want someone that has a backbone and looks at Israel and says..I got you.
I want someone that will tell Chavez the game is over.
I want someone that will tell North Korea and China..game over
I want someone to call Russia to the carpet.
We have allowed our enemies to dictate their terms and conditions.
That is not good foreign policy, that is called failed leadership.
The economy is an easy fix...
Allow the markets to compete and get the fuching government out of it.
Lower the taxes to operate a business.
Fire the entire EPA staff and hire people to do their jobs without a climate terrorist agenda.
Get the unions out of Congress!
And we didn't have bad government with Bush and his form of crony capitalism? I think this is a little like pot calling the kettle black. At this time due to the very poor performance of the previous administration that the Repubs have 0 credibility.
Bear...you are the reason why these hacks continue to suck the life out of this country.
You simply can't get thru a debate without saying Bush or blaming the republicans.
That is exactly what both parties want!
BUSH IS NOT THE PRESIDENT.
BOTH PARTIES SUCK!
BOTH PARTIES ARE FAILURES!
Excuses are like azzholes...nobody wants to hear them.
I don't vote party lines.
Yeah I hear you and I will reiterate what I said earlier - people will vote their wallets and if the stock market is in a poor state and unemployment is still > 8.1% (it is actually higher than that but they fudged the numbers due to a quirk called participation rate) than Obama will have a tough time getting back in but I'm still afraid Romney won't do much better. Their may be other parts to this like demographics - we have an aging population and the boomers now have to be concerned about saving for retirement. Not a pretty picture.
