They'll bring him back to mentor AJ and maybe Shipley and act as a rabbit. Stranger things have happened - if the price is right.

I think you all may be forgetting something.  While our Dear Leader will welcome players with an assortment of past criminal histories or criminal histories in the making, Chad did something that is considered the worst crime in his eyes.  Chad wasn't "loyal."  He called out and bashed the organization for the way it was run.  He publicly wanted a trade, and when he got it, he made sure to talk about how much better the Pats' organization is in relation to the Bengals.  Nothing upsets Dear Leader more than a player pointing out the obvious.  Due to this issue, I can't see our Dear Leader welcoming him back.  Terrell Owens played well here, but he was left sitting on the street this season when he needed a team because of the way he criticized the organization.  Now he's out of his IFL job too, but that's a matter for another thread.

With that said, maybe I'll be wrong.  Dear Leader always seemed to have a soft spot for Chad, and he may be willing to set that aside, especially if he thinks it could bring in ticket revenue.  Also, Marvin doesn't like him, but that has never stopped Dear Leader from overriding Marvin.  I just don't see Chad ending up here.  Perhaps he'll end up on a team like Miami, Cleveland, or Jacksonville.  He's not going to get a top notch team.

No way Mikey takes him back.

However, I think Cleveland would be a possibility...WR starved and they know what Chad is capable of having played against him for years. Keeping in mind as little as I think of Chad I do think that he is better than he showed last season...he just wasn't smart enough to run in that intricate of an offense.

The Eagles also are known to make dumb moves with depth guys. Finally I could see a team like the Bucs, Panthers, or Chargers giving him an incentive laden contract.

I agree KaBTK.

Mikey doesn't forget bad things you say about him and his daddys team. Redeemer or not, Chad's not coming back.

It looks like he has a work out with the Dolphins.  That team makes sense to me.  From what I've read, they can use a receiver, the offense is not as complex as the Pat's, Chad will be happy to play for his favorite team, and to top it all off, Hard Knocks is apparently going to be covering the Dolphins this year.

It turned out Ocho couldn't learn the playbook - I suspected as much. I wonder how he did on the Wonderlic - do I hear 6 - going once going twice...

"According to Bengals.com, T.J. Houshmandzadeh used to have to tell Ochocinco where to line up."

Couldn't you see poor Carson in that huddle?

Carson (pointing to his palm with his index finger): "Okay, TJ...you go left...slot go this way...Mucho Dumbassio...you do a streak....as usual..."

Stinko: "Duhhhhhhhhhhhh--what's a 'streak'--is that where you take off all your clothes.......ohhhhh...you mean I run down the field as fast as I can...."

Carson: "*Sighhhhhhhhh*......JUST GO F*CKING LONG...."

LMAO.

If Ochostupido can't land somewhere he can go into the porn business as he said he wants to do - he can do lots of streaking there. On the other hand he could blame it on concussions.

Just as long it's not with the Bungs, I'm okay with OchoUhOh causing distractions in the league. And he's outside the division. Good, but if he makes their roster, we'll have to suffer through his act on the days leading up to Game 5.

Yup, mark your calendars for October 7. Let's take a collection and send him a case of Pepto-Bismol.

You're assuming he'll learn their playbook. It'll have to be real simple.

Ut-oh. Does that mean that Chad lays off until this date--then has 15,000 receptions for 137,000 yards--2 TDs??!??!?!?!

Mucho ShowYouUpio.

I somehow see Chad doing this. Oh wait--he's going to be giving a rookie QB headaches? Wow. Couldn't see that one coming.
