I worked with a letter carrier from Wyoming. She worked out with weight before and after work. I was in pretty good shape. I worked out a least twice a week. My co workers always told me that Janet would be able to put me to the ground. They said she was stronger than me. I would just laugh. I was 6'2" and weighed 220 lbs. Janet weight about 150lbs and was 5'3". She looked strong, but I thought she was a girl and couldn't compete with me. Boy was I wrong.
We had a pool party. When I arrived I was standing talking to my wife when Janet approached me. She walked up to me and stood in front of me so I couldn't get by. I felt that she was challenging me. Janet was in a very muscular looking in her bikini. She grinned and I went and grabbed her arms. they were like grabing a hard softball. My hands would just slide off. MY wife laughed and said Janet was stronger than me. I then tried to push her in the pool. I couldn't even move her. She laughed and said for me to try harder. Everyone was watching. She the rapped her arms around me and picked me up like a doll baby. She carried me about 20 feet and threw me into the pool. She flex her muscles and said sorry You need to work out harder.
I was embarrassed. I later met her at the gym. She came over to me. I was working out with 25 lb dumbell. She ask if I wanted to do some sets with her. I did my 25's and she did wset with 45's. We went to the bench I did sets with 160 to 180 for reps. She did the same and then added a set with 225 for 10 reps. I did one rep. I moved from Wyoming, but always wondered how much stronger she is now. I learned my lesson. Women can be stronger than a man.
