      This would concern me to. However, Erica being a nurse, I am sure she will monitor for any problems she senses. And I bet she AND the BF will really like what is in the mirror after this. It will be interesting to hear if her strength is affected by this diet. She will probably be better at bodyweight exercises like situps etc.
