Well first off, I've been lifting weights for about 6 weeks. I was looking around for weightlifting resources on google and I found this site, so I came to check it out. You and everyone does alot of talking about your biceps, but your real strength lies in your legs. 1080 pounds on leg press..holy shit! I did 450 pounds just earlier today when I went to the gym. I hope I can increase to 1080 soon. I see though that you were really serious about your workout 2 years ago. I hope you still if you are even coming to this forum now to check up on posts. Please reply to this message and tell me some of your strength increases if you ever read this post. |
