Looking for your stories on Domestic Adoption/Poll

Hello. DH and and I are 36 we've been TTC #2 for 3 yrs and I have diminished Ovarian reserve- so it might not happen for us.. we have a 3 1/2 DD now.
DH is interested in domestic adoption. Id like to hear your stories on it-

Was it Open?
State of the agency? were you "out of state" from the birth mother? did you travel?
approx cost?
How long was the process?
Any other information you'd like to share about the process?
