hello all, just to let you know that is me below "anon for now". we are still moving toward adoption of our cousin's baby.
she is in another state and i was hoping that someone can share some insight regarding the interstate compact. the two state HR agencies will be involved, but i am just wondering whether i will need to go stay with baby in the other state for a period of time before i bring her home?
