The fee sounds fine to me--maybe even a tad low. I am not familiar with this agency, though. I think your best bet is to find a website where people have adopted from Eastern Europe and ask there. People will give you the real scoop--the good, the bad, and the ugly. This might get you started. I'm not really up on Easter European adoption.
