Well, I thought travel would be included in that. Most of the expense is in the travel. It used to be that adopting from China cost between $15,000 and $20,000 while adopting from Russia cost between $20,000 and $25,000, but I'm sure the fees are higher now. It still should cost you under $30,000, I would think. But perhaps more for other countries in Eastern Europe. ??? There are so many countries opening up and closing down that it's hard to keep track.
