Got to try out my 7a Pro today for about an hour, got unusual find

It's a quarter that has normal reverse
side (clad) but the obverse side is
very smooth.
Found it in the coin book under
Brockage, & the everso week mirror image
is by far the most desirable.

That's all I know about it, but was a
first for me being a quarter.

It was deep too, a measured 2" WOW

Anybody know anything about it?

I'm going to like my splashproof 7a PRO.
