I need someones help

I recently had a fire and lost a painting given to me by my brother 19 years ago it was numbered and signed. It was an Emmett Kelly there were 3 clowns one sitting in a swing and I dont remember the other two. This painting was destroyed in a fire recently and I need for the insurance company a value. If anyone can help me it would be appreciated.
