Winde Fine Prints - clowns #312

I have a clown picture by Winde Fine Prints and I was wondering how I find it's value and how old it is. I've had it since I was a kid, so the edges of it is not in the best of shape. But a frame would cover them. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it. The picture is #312.
