parachuting clown hobo

I have two parachuting clowns. The parachute is red, white and blue, 17" across and 9" high. From the top of the chute to the bottom of the clown is 32". Clown is in sitting position. Parachute lines are thick string. Fiberglas was material used to make this chute and clown. It is semi heavy. Seems to be hand painted. Looked for manufacuring marks, found none. How old, who made them and approximate value is what I'm looking for. Possible sale to good home.
