Need Info on a Ron Lee Clown

I am looking for the name of a Ron Lee piece and some pricing information.

It is a 1985 figure with "Ron '85" on it. I am not sure if it's Emmett Kelly Jr. or not. A single figure is seat, holding a book in his right hand ("Sales Manual") and a broom in his left hand (resting on his shoulder). There's a box labeled "soap" at his feet as well as cleaning brushes and a plunger. The figure rests on a piece of white marble with tiny gold balls surrounding his coattails. It is heavy for its size. Measures 6" high, 6" front to back, and 4.5" across the broadest part of the base.
