Judis Pastime Clown (Lawyer)

I was recently given a Judis Pastime Clown, I assume it is a lowyer, he has a book in his hand which says Bar Exam, it is dated 1986, any idea how many of each clown was made and what is the value of this particular one? I was told it is a limited edition. Any information will be appreciated. In researching I have found that Judi is Judy Savin and she expired in 1999. Will these clowns increase in price?
