info on no name 6" clown Help!

I am seeking info on a 6" tall clown figure. He is Beige in color with a Blue tie and a visor type hat. He is sitting on a small pile of books and has what seems to be an adding machine in his hands. There are words on the paper coming out of the adding machine that reads "Payroll", "Taxes", and "Collections". He also has felt on bottom of the piece that comes up around his feet. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
