89 stormy weathers

After I bought my house, I went threw the attic to find a clown. On the bottom it says L-152 Stormy Weathers, The top next to the gold beads it says Ron 89 and on the other side it has a bunch of numbers. Could anyone tell me more about this clown, Like what the numbers mean, value would be great and information. Thanks
