Has Anyone Seen This Emmett Kelly Jr Music Box Before??

I have recently inherited a Emmett Kelly Jr. Real Rags Musical Clown entitled "The Piano Player" It plays the music from the entertainer.

I have searched the Internet for sometime to get the history of this item, the year it was made and what the cost was and even perhaps finding out what it might be worth. Does anyone have any idea where I might be able to find more information about this?
