Emmett Kelly Jr. Collection

I have a figurine from the Emmett Kelly Jr. Collection. I want to find out its value. He is sitting in a hardback chair with his legs crossed, there is a small table beside him and I believe he is looking at a ticker tape. Can someone help me identify this piece.
