BISQUE HOBO CLOWN HANGING FROM A PARCHUTE

HI I am trying to get some information on a bisque hobo clown hanging from a parachute. The clown is about 8 or 9" tall, a hobo, hanging from a large bisque parachute. the parachute is multi colored, and is about 18" wide. Looks to be dark thick string, and the clown hangs down about 20 ",s from the bottom of the parachute. He is in somewhat of a crouched position. The whole thing Looks to be pretty old.
