value of willie the clown doll

i was going through my grandmother's old things and we found an old clown doll. The tag on the doll says Emmett Kelly, Willie the CLown on the other side of the tag it says exclusive license baby barry toy Nyc. the doll is roughly 21 inches tall with a light up nose. THe hands and face are hard and the body is stuffed. THe doll is wearing a shirt vest suspenders pants and a tie. If anyone had any information regarding value i would appreciate it.
