Robert Owen,

I have a robert owen painting of six clowns,one black the rest white,heads only,one clown has RO,on collar,and Robert owen in right hand corner of painting,its a old painting,with slight water damage on left side of it,paper on back is some what ragged name unknown,Fram is 1/2 inch,red!It is 1foot7,3/4.by,2 foot5,3/4.Found in garage,keep in closet for 3 years,Been looking for it in Robert owens collections but cant find it.
