emmitt kelly clown doll

hi, this is about your emmitt kelly doll or dolls. first of all i have a emitt kelly clown doll and i just almost sold it but the man who came to my house told me it was priceless and dint have the money or didnt even want o talk to me about it plain told me it was worth more than he had even in his bank account. so he told me to keep it and not sell it. the price was in the thousands ok. and he said he and his son didnt have the money in one account let alone both of there account checking or savings, he told me to find a clown collector or to make sure i handled it down to my grandchilern only. i ask him how much it was worth and he told me he didnt even want to talk about it, he plainly said he just didnt have enough moeny at all.even made a phone calland they didnt have the money, so get it appraised to make sure whats it worth before you even sell it ok.my doll is a 1922 emmitt kelly doll. thank you let me know what you find out,thanks and good luck lora sherman newcarlisle ohio.
