Clown holding balloons

Hi,

I recently purchased an Emmett Kelly Jr statue and know nothing about it, I have tried to research it online to no avail. I figured this was the place to ask for information.

It is not in its original box and I fear this is where the name or title is found.

The tag attached says "The Emmett Kelly Jr collection exclusively from Flambro, 1984 EKJ Corp"

The statue has a signature on the bottom and is a music box that plays something with the lyrics "If you need a helping hand.." Im not sure if it's "You've got a friend" its hard to think what it is.

The statue is of Emmett Kelly Jr standing in a brown jacket, green undershirt, red and blue poka dot bow tie, black pants with a whittish patch on the left leg and is holding 3 balloons in his right hand, they are blue, yellow and red.

Anyway any information any of you can help me with would be much appreciated.
